Return Policy
At Block Heads, we want you to feel good about what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please email shopblockheads@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the request. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition
Free of damage, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Sale items / discounted items / custom orders are final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to help with an exchange on eligible items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll walk you through the process.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shopblockheads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
A Few Things to Note
Because all Block Heads items are made to order, we ask that you double-check sizing and order details before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or purchased as final sale.
