Are your items made to order?
Yes. Every Block Heads item is made to order with care. Because of that, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of being placed. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 days, though during busier times it may take up to 14 days from the date your order is placed.
Why didn’t all of my items arrive together?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately from different locations. If that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking email for each package so you can follow everything along the way.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking the size chart included on each product page before placing your order. Because all items are made to order, taking a moment to confirm sizing can help ensure the best fit.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You can find full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at shopblockheads@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer custom orders or special requests?
At this time, we’re focused on our current collections and do not offer custom orders. That may change down the road, so stay tuned.
